The second installment of big band charts having to do with food, with the first being COOKIN’: FINE DINING is a medium-tempo bossa nova. It prominently features guitar and trumpet solos throughout. This chart was yet another collaboration with our very own Albert Alva, who guided me tremendously through writing this. The chef returns.
